Carlos Unzueta is a veteran mortgage professional that has been in the mortgage and finance business for over 30years. Carlos is very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of mortgage finance and real estate trends, especially in the Central Florida market. Carlos Unzueta started his finance career with a small savings and loan institution at age 18 under the wings of many local well respected career bankers. From their teachings and training he gained such a love for mortgage finance and the importance of GREAT client care from application to closing. Carlos chose to further his banking career full time while attending college at night at Florida Southern College where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance in 1994
