Russ Schlehuber has been in the home finance industry since 2009 and has earned such accolades as Top 1% in the country in loan production by the Scotsman’s Guide. He is a Certified Mortgage Advisor and a Veteran Mortgage Advisor. He has a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Montana and is a Marine Corps veteran. When Russ is not in the office or spending time with his family, he struggles to find enough time to do all the things he loves in Northern Michigan. He enjoys motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, camping, golf, boating, fishing, mountain biking, skiing, and most recently added to the list pickleball. Clients have described him as knowledgeable, highly responsive, genuine, transparent, diligent, and attentive. Russ is passionate and persistent about finding creative financing solutions for his Veteran clients no matter how complex.
