I have a passion for helping Veterans achieve the goal of homeownership because I have watched my own family members struggle to use their benefits after receiving bad information. I have witnessed too many Vets be led astray and talked into using other programs that have not given them the full financial ability to leverage a benefit that they earned with blood, sweat and tears by people that simply did not understand how helpful this benefit truly is. I feel that I have a commitment to educate as many people as possible about all of the options available to them so that they can make the most educated decision for themselves and their family with an emphasis on explaining the VA Loan Guarantee whenever it is available to my client.
